Enhancement and improvement of development, production, delivery, repair and oil field equipment service is the main objective according to Novomet executive management.
The development of the company is based on the improvement of the products quality and the quality of business processes, enhancement of the efficiency of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
The core of the business aimed at the development and improvement of the organization is to comply and continuously enhance the efficiency of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems in accordance with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007.
The group of companies is also obliged to strictly follow all the legislative and standard regulations as well as other additional obligations in
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment sphere.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems are based on the following principles:

- Development and manufacturing of products according to the market demand, meeting and predicting customers needs.

- Providing sustainable financial and economic growth of the Group, permanent development of our production and technical facilities, as well as improving organizational structure and R&D base.
- Prevention of accidents and environmental pollution cases caused by companies’ activities.
- Strict compliance of health, safety and environment standards by employees and subcontractors’ personnel.
- Conducting analysis of impact on environment and reasons of accidents happened, including detection, control and assessment of hazards while planning further activities and making decisions according to their extent.
