Application

• Downhole metal foam screen filter prevents ingress of sand and proppant with cross section exceeding 0,3 mm from bottomhole formation zone to the well;
• It reduces abrasion of downhole equipment.
• The filter is sized to match pump operating capacity.

Downhole metal foam screen filters joint with packer can be mounted in reservoir interval or at ESP motor base.
Mechanical impurities are trapped when formation fluid goes through three-layer Ni-foam screen.
