Test bench for ESP motors acceptance tests with continuous objective parameters control
Test bench for ESP motors acceptance tests with continuous objective parameters
control.
The test bench is intended for acceptance, routine and standard tests as well as for
flushing and run-in of ESP motors of 4,5 and 5A dimensions, with the output rating ranging
from 22 kW to 180 kW and supply voltage ranging from 700 to 3000 V.
List of testing parameters:
- Measurement of motor insulation resistance and winding resistance, electric strength and
stator winding insulation polarization index at different temperatures.
- Motor start-up parameters measurement: current, loss, torque.
- Motor parameters measurement in idle running: voltage, current, power consumption, power
factor, losses isolation (P steel, P mechanical), loss value.
- Acceleration voltage and rotor run-down time measurements .
In the course of testing, apart from mechanical and electrical characteristics (25
parameters in all) temperature and motor housing vibration distribution parameters are
taken on-line with subsequent data logging.
Stand operation. Stand bench is controlled either manually or
automatically. Secondary circuit switching is performed by means of vacuum high-voltage
contactors with a manual drive (through relay box) or automatic (controlled by computer).
Software. Testing software ensures equipment automatic operation, data
acquisition from sensors and gauges, test results display on PC and information storage in
the database. Both the full range of tests and selective tests can be accomplished or
discontinued at any time.
Lead time (delivery). Test bench setup and adjustment is carried out
within 4 months from the moment of signing of a contract by and at the expense of
manufacturer. Test bench operators are trained by the specialists of the manufacturer on
side.
Warranty. Warranty period is 24 months since putting the test bench into operation.
Calibration and maintenance works are carried out during the warranty period not less than
2 times a year.
All the tests are in conformity with the following GOST certificats: GOST 184-74-
"Centrifugal electric machines", GOST 11828-86- "Centrifugal electric machines.
General methods of testing", GOST 7217-87- "Electrical rotating machines. Testing
methods", GOST 30195-94 "Induction submersible motors. General technical
specifications."
