Horizontal test-bench for pumps testing (HSPT/ΓΡΘΝ)
Horizontal test-bench for pumps testing (HSPT/ΓΡΘΝ)
The test-bench is intended for all types of testing: parametric, ranging and acceptance
testing of ESP sections.
The test-bench has a wide range of performance capabilities:
- allows to test Russian and foreign ESPs of 4,5, 5A, 6, 6A dimensions with the flowrates
up to 2000 m3/d.
- main parameters measurement error is less than in accordance with GOST requirements
6134-87, precision of measured values is not worse than 1% .
- allows to regulate fluently drive rotation frequency.
- test-bench equipment provides almost total protection from accidents.
- test-bench is compact: the dimensions are 12000-3500-3200 mm, weight-1900 kg
- test-bench power supply is industrial electric current with the voltage of 380V.
The test-bench is easy in operation:
- automatic data logging system provides remote control of electric motor driving a pump
section and other components of the test-bench.
- the test-bench can be operated at 500 m distance.
- allows fast swap of pump sections during testing.
- ESP sections are axially unloaded.
- Cleaning system is available for fluid separation from oil products and solid admixtures
- automatic ESP section roll-on according to a given program.
Test-bench automation facilities allow:
- to exclude completely arbitrary interpretation of testing results.
- to measure flowrate, shaft power and rotation frequency, inlet and discharge pressure,
ESP efficiency, vibration, temperature and pumped fluid density.
- to operate test-bench valves, VSD and booster pump oparation regime.
- to test pumps of different manufacturers with any rotation direction at the given
frequency.
- to operate the test-bench without operator's special training thanks to easy software
interface.
Postwarranty period support is carried out at the Customer will. It includes
routine maintenance, maintenance on the Customer demand, providing the Customer with spare
parts when one-year warranty has expired.
Assembling, set-up and adjustment is carried out during six months.
