Water injection pumping systems (WIP systems)

• one or several sections of centrifugal vortex pumps of CHPN6A-130 or CHPN6А-250 type mounted on a frame.

• stop valves and instrumentation: manometers, flowmeters of electric magnet system, check valve, rough purification filter, switchboard with vibration, pressure, flowrate and temperature protection regulating valve.

Water injection pumps are mounted in a frame type mobile container fitted with heating system (intended for operating at temperatures ranging from +35°C to -50°C), ventilation and light systems. One or two centrifugal pumps can be installed in 9000x3000x2500 mobile containers, 9000x6000x2500 mobile containers can house up to four pumps.

Flowrates of WIP systems range from 80 to 3000 m/3d with the head up to 2300 m. Systems are delivered on site already assembled. All the components of the systems are easily accessible for service and replacement on site.
