Water Injection Systems Complection

Despite the type of the design selected all the systems are fitted with all the necessary equipment for operation and control from flowmeter and fluid treatment system (supply pipeline) to remote control system (radio and satellite communication) including guard & fire alarm system as well as automatic fire fighting system. A climate control system is also included

Hoisting gears and necessary rigging provide installation and maintenance without external devices.

Water Injection Systems Operation

Water injection system control is carried out by an operator via touch screen what allows to keep track of all the parameters.
The control software used can interact with other automatic process control systems, consequently water injection system could be integrated into other technological control systems of higher level at the oilfield.
Satellite communication provides remote control of water injection systems.

  • WATER PRODUCTION SYSTEMS
    Standard product line includes ESP systems of corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant designs with fluid capacity from 15 to 5000 m3/day (from 8 to 6000 m3/day if VSD operated).

      • Standard ESP systems
        The systems are run in the pit hole, the fluid is supplied from surface.
        The systems are run in the water well, the fluid is supplied from the pump unit directly to the injection well.
      • Electrical Submersible Pump Systems with Upper Motor
        The systems are run into injection well. Fluid is supplied from the surface. A packer is used to provide sealing of the discharge head from the casing.
      • Pump systems with upper surface drive- a flange-mounted asynchronous motor.
        The pump is located in the pit hole. Along the pump is a pressure pipeline that comes back to the surface through a pit flange head.
        The pump is placed in the blind-end of production tubing which is the pressure pipeline.
