The NOVOMET Group is an international holding that leads in the manufacture of equipment and technology and the provision of services to the energy sector. NOVOMET has a network of service centres throughout international locations.
The purpose of NOVOMET Group is to prevent occupational injuries and ill health, to ensure safe and healthy non-hazardous working conditions for its employees and others who are affected by our workplace activities, to protect the environment due to prevention or reduction of adverse impact of the company’s activities.

NOVOMET Group Top management is committed to:

Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work- related injury and ill health and is appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the organization and to the specific nature of its OH&S risks and OH&S opportunities;
Fulfil legal requirements and other requirements;
Eliminate OH&S hazards and reduce the associated risks;
Continual improvement of the OH&S management system;
Protect environment including prevention of pollution, rational usage of natural resources, mitigation and adaptation to the climate changes and protection of biological diversity and ecological systems;
Consulting, encouraging and participating its employees on their OH&S and Environmental MS reporting for improvements.

All employees shall maintain and improve OH&S and Environmental MS in all areas of Novomet activities following the guiding principles:

Leadership, responsibility and commitment towards HSE.
Promotion of a companywide culture of OH&S and Environmental MS;
Efficient processes of identification of OH&S hazards and risk management, identification of environmental aspects and benefit the opportunities;
Participation in various HSE related trainings, programs.
Reporting of all Incidents, Hazards and issues.
Compliance with legal and other requirements.

NOVOMET Top management is committed to ensure that OH&S and Environmental Policy is communicated to all the Company employees and all the persons working under the control of the company, the Customers and other interested parties, is understood, implemented and maintained in all NOVOMET locations and workplaces.
